Can`t Withdraw BTC from MtGox. Anyone is familiar with this issue?

Hello,

Trying to withdraw my btc from MtGox and i am always getting the following error:

Limit reached or not enough bitcoins in your account

I tried to withdraw even 1 btc, always the same error.

I have a verified account and 1000 btc withdrawal limit per day, using google auth etc.

Is it a bug or a common error that arises sometimes?

I hope nothing will happen to my btc...

Looking forward to hear from some experienced members if possible.

I already sent them a support message but no answers yet.

UPDATE: The problem was that i had open sell orders. my mistake. everything works correctly. i could withdraw after i cancelled my sell orders.
