Are you preparing a school project?
Most of the answers could be found using the in-forum research or Google tho.

10. Criminal cases? I don't know if silk road, Mt.Gox, butterfly lab, exchanges hacking...counts or not?

11. Creating exchanges needs materials which isn't hard to find and a good team which is a little bit delicate to find. Once you have both then it shouldn't be hard to create an exchanges imo.

Do you know any criminal cases related to the crypto currencies? Can you tell about it?
There are lots of criminal cases that had been linked to cryptocurrencies, here in my country there is this couple that victimized a lot of investors and amasses 900 million in local currency, but they've been caught already.
Do you have any idea about how to build your own bitcoin exchange?
Don't have a single idea.
12. Did u ever trade bit coin before? Did u ever think is the exchange trustworthy or not? Tell me your experiences and opinions.
I do trading for almost a year now, and I have used a lot of exchange that will fit my needs and I could say that all exchange have their advantage and disadvantage with each other, you just have to pick what's best for you. For me exchanges with large trading volume will be fine.
Do you know any common methods of bit coin hacking? How it happens? And how to prevent it?
It happens most of the time because there are careless users that invested money on cryptocurrency without fully understanding what it is and how to secure it. How to prevent? use a cold storage for storing your coins and never use any third party services to do it for you.
Do you know any regulations that are set in Malaysia about crypto currencies? If not any other countries? (i.e legal protection for victims, Regulation on money laundering and terror funding for virtual currency exchanges)!
I don't know much about what is the current status of cryptocurrencies in Malaysia because I'm not from that country. Here in my country there are still no law that is being implemented, and no tax for cryptocurrency gains but exchanges have to be approved and regulated by the central bank.

* No I don't know any criminal cases related to bitcoin or any other crypto currencies.
*Sorry I don't know really to build my own bitcoin exchange.
*I have trade lot more time and I never got any problem or issues from the side of exchanges,so I trust them.
* Sorry I don't know, but I think it happens because of they keep transaction details on their mobile phone not in a hardware wallet or
They may fail to keep the password of their wallet from others except their family.
 *Not exactly.

Malaysian student, I presume? Going to have to tell you that you're better off Googling for the latest info on regulations. At the moment, it's not recognized by Bank Negara Malaysia but neither is it illegal (by law, then defined as legal). Luno and a couple of others were supposedly in deep talks with BNM to look at some legitimization but there haven't been any updates to that. BNM itself two weeks ago said it would embrace blockchain in finance, but specifically seemed to stop short of saying crypto/Bitcoin.

If you're looking at independent people, Access Blockchain Association held an event last year but they don't seem very good at responding to queries.

Oh, and use an online form. And come back to share. People never seem to share their research after coming here to collect it.

I would like to point out that with regards to criminal cases...

CASH, in all the global fiat currencies, has more criminal cases in a single DAY than Bitcoin has had in it's entire existence.

Also if we look at all the major fiat currencies, in electronic form. Chances are more criminal cases get committed in an hour around the world than the entire existence of Bitcoin.

Not bad considering Bitcoin is now the 6th largest currency in the world.  Grin

86. It would be helpful, particularly for your research, if you educate yourself on the basics of bitcoin and your questions before asking us. For instance, the first crypotcurrency created is called "Bitcoin"....not "bit coin".

112. I've traded, bought Bitcoin on an exchange. The trustworthiness of the exchange depends, well, on the exchange. Each exchange is a business, run by a different group of people. It is those people (who run the exchange) that drive the trust worthiness or lack thereof for their operations.

337. Please share your research with us when it is complete. It's only fair that if you need something from us that you offer something in return - if you're not paying us for our input, you can share your research with us.

Thank you.
