Being sent Spam coins and Ether taken out?

I checked my etherscan and noticed in token transfers I had been sent a few coins Vin being one of them
but also when I checked my internal transactions it seems I had some ether taken out and sent to ERC20 (Safe ad)

I never sent this and haven't made transactions in months, so wondering what this could be?
