I'm doing my IB math SL internal assessment on bitcoins. We have to incorporate a lot of math into a 6-12 page essay on our topic. What could I talk about for bitcoins that relates to calculus/probability/statistics?

Adoption s curve as an exponential function (logistic function)

f(x) = 1/ (1+e^-x)

or f'(x) = f(x)(1 - f(x))

Difficulty as an exponential function... asymptotes towards infinity.  Could integrate as in improper integral.
