Platform and currencies for ICO?

Please kindly help us choose the best platform and terms for upcoming ICO.

Important note:
Tokens will be worth 1kg of physical product and can be sold back to the issuer later at higher price or redeemed for the product.
They will not be used in any app, etc. so from technical side platform does not matter.
It is only an asset.

Why not NEO platform, I think NEP-5 token is good. Currently at Network of Ethereum are blocked of the following fat, gas fee must be up, so much cost to over ETH and token on this network is slow and the given. Yes, technically it is really good.
But it seems NEO has not too many users so Ethereum is still the standard for tokens as we can see...
