I can think of so many reasons why should stay away of coins like that if you know nothing about it, but not for a single reason why would you invest in it.

I don't own any cryptocurrencies with that low of a marketcap but the closest one I do own is Hacken which currently has a cap below 20 million.  They just had another partnership announcement today.  Hacken is easily a top 100 cryptocurrency.
