Hi all,

I've been a researcher in the Computer Science space for quite some time now and have spent much of my time focusing on artificial intelligence. Doing the things I normally do I came across a interesting concept that mixed both the requirements of ML / CV and AI in general with the concepts of blockchain.

The company in question is VOSAI (https://vos.ai) and it appears they have a solid team. But thats not what stood out to me. After digging into their white papers a bit I was really impressed with what they hope to achieve.

So my question to the group here is the following. And mind you - these questions are based on what I read from their whitepapers and from what I understand in the crypto space. So bare with me.

Essentially - they redesigned the concept of a blockchain such that instead of storing the currency transactions on the chain itself - they store the actual learning of the machine on the chain. They also replace the concept of hashing the way its known in the crypto space while still managing to keep things secure and safe.

In their words - they claim that rather than generating random hashes to secure the network they are actually doing data crunching for ML and CV and producing perception hashes - which are not cryptographic.

Its an interesting concept to me in what their approach is especially with all the bad press Facebook got in the recent news.

Anyhow - if anyone has any insight into this I'd love to hear what the feedback is. Also if there are other solutions out there doing things like this I'd love to learn about them. So far from what I have seen there is a lot of garbage out there saying they do AI this or AI that - but this company actually seems like they really do.

That last interesting part to me - and this rams their point across to me in a big way - is that miners would earn more on their platform because of the fact that its machine learning - not just currency transaction validation.

Anyhow - food for thought. I hope I posed this in the right channel. If not please excuse the newbie mistake.
