I'm not offering but i've seen S9's go for $1000 (or less) w/ PSU lately along with the L3's.   Your price is a bit off the current market right now.

You can get S9's from bitmain for 1227 and that's before using a couple  for several hundred off.  You can't price it higher than bitmain, otherwise why bother buying from you when someone can buy new and get a fresh warranty.
