Man goes into a US Allentown Subway store and pays for meal in Bitcoins, another spotted in Russia too!

I wonder if it will catch on? Fast food outlets could use Bitcoin as leverage to get the government to let them accept EBT Cards (food stamps) I know they've been after that for a while.

When you say leverage do you mean that they would drop accepting bitcoins in exchange for being allowed to take EBT?
