I was not in touch for a while due to the financial loss from bitcoin crash.  Is there any new 3rd generation block chain projects on ICO stage ( no token ICO spam please )

Hedera Hashgraph if you are OK with a patented technology and permissioned blockchain. On the up side, they bring innovation in the ecosystem.
ICO is only for accredited investors, but there should be some pooling going on I guess.

I think you should not wait for new icos you can pick the good quality 3rd generation blockchain projecta from exchanges, go and get some ada, icx, abt, cs and aion.

People simply lenica to either create from scratch. All new blockchains are basically modernized old ones. With the change of data transmission sequence, the change of conditions. Some have even managed to create a centralized peer-to-peer network that put me into a stupor.

I found some projects calling theirself as blockchain 3.0 but so far, they cant prove yet
