What I experienced in buying eth tokens so far is that - better buy tokens once they hit the exchanges or even maybe etherdelta. Usually, they are cheaper as compared to the ICO stage. Very few made it to become really successful in the implementation phase. With so many projects introduced everyday, very few got what they are supposed to do in crypto business. Just sayin'.

Exchange listings & development. Great that you raised money. You're already lucky that you got something, while others with working app couldn't raise that much. And if you are focused on developing your product, then by all means please do. It's better to see your tangible product rather than empty promises.
