So i read this post https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=43616.msg909038#msg909038
but with new version of MuliBit don't work .I use this HEX Editor http://www.chmaas.handshake.de/delphi/freeware/xvi32/xvi32.htm but hi don't find any key and wallet file is to small to consist 3 public and private keys.Wallet is without password.

You can only use a hexeditor on 'old' wallets - from 2011 and 2012.
It is a completely different format now and you cannot inspect them except programmatically
