After yesterday's connectivity problems with Bitstamp (which lasted until just recently), my 30 day USD volume has been reset to ZERO. Luckily the transaction history is still there, so it seems the logs are alright.

This is most unfortunate for me, as I've reached the 0.2% fee schedule.. Also it seems making new transactions has no effect; the volume still shows zero.

So.. Are there more users with this problem, or is it just me?

Whole site has been total mess for the last couple of days. Today is even worse than yesterday. I'm switching to btc-e as soon as I can.

So are you also affected by this problem?

Seems to me all exchanges have problems every now and then, and having in mind the amounts of money involved I can see why major hacker groups make their attempts. I can live with the service being unavailable a few days a year.

Why would you mention that? It has nothing to do with the topic: The trading fee is not calculated correctly for my account. I wish to know if this affects more people.

They say they got issues with their software and other things. I added that quote because u then see there are problems with Bitstamp for the moment.
Its maybe because of the software issues that u got the fee issue. Maybe tomorrow the bug is fixed.

And it brokes again when something interesting happens. Commission fees still not fixed and I'm pretty confident they won't compensate the lost money on compension fees for today's trades.

I'm out from bitstamp and from the newbies section.

hi,

A friend of mine opened an account on their site. All genuine ;-), but watermarked (to avoid identity theft, and one doesn't know in five years were all the scans will be).

They asked her 3 times, telling is was not readable. All was readable, only heavy watermark (allowed) in colour in areas with no information.

Took four days.

Failed

So the SW is buggy, but also the identity/location checking process.
