hey  was gonna report a post  and  found    You have reported 1 posts with 100% accuracy  in the rport to moderator page   and am just wondering what it mean  and  

whats the benefit from it ?  also  if  i have  low %  what should that mean  and  is it bad  lol

If you reported one post and you have 100%, It means that one report is valid and has been taken care of. If your accuracy is so low, It means that your reports are meaningless and not accurate.

the "benefit" for reporting is that you help make the forum a better place. basically two things IMO:
- reporting useless junk, spam posts,...  to be removed so that forum stays cleaner
- when a topic is posted in a wrong place, reporting it helps keeping everything categorized and in its right place.

if you are looking for some sort of personal incentive, there is none

OmegaStarScream and pooya87 pretty much answered your questions correctly so I'm going to answer your last question instead. If you have a low % it simply means you've reported a lot of topics/replies that aren't considered spam by the moderators.

I think it's meaningless except to your account but if I don't wrong, when you have reported many post and have high accuracy, you can be a moderator.
