New Asic Mining Companies

Hello I am new to bitcoin talk forums, but I have a decent amount of experience in bitcoin.

I was just wondering if any of these new Asic companies are reputable, or if any are scams.

I was contemplating pre-ordering a two Th's miner from phoenix but wanted to check here first.
