bfgminer/cpumining

Hello forum members,
I have a question about bfgminer.  I know to right click, create a shortcut, under target and after bfgminer.exe type: -o (server) -u (username) -p (password) but what do I put after that?  I want to use my CPU, my 2 graphics cards, and my USB block erupted at the same time. Thanks for the feedback.
