BE Blade won't connect and resets after 2 minutes

This is getting very frustrating I have tried everything and nothing I got it connect once to the configuration page but have not been able to do so sense I was able to ping it before now I can't but it will not connect to configuration page again and just keeps resetting after 2 minutes

Yea I have been given good advice that's why I am as far as I am now I am just trying to finish up the process.

a reset after 2 mins means its gone idle and restarted. or in other words its not getting any work
