Ethereum Proof of Stake Pools - let's make a list!

Hi folks,

Last weekend some Ethereum Proof of Stake / Casper details were released, the minimum amount to stake will be 1500 Ether
As that's currently around a million bucks I need to find a pool to get in on the action. 


I found a couple Proof of Stake pools so far, does anyone have more names to add to this list?
