I am auctioning off this house http://www.zillow.com/homedetails/1171-Erieview-Rd-Cleveland-Heights-OH-44121/33653102_zpid/
The starting bid is $55,000 USD
The buy it now is $65,000 USD
Bid in increments of $500 USD
Will accept BTC as payment. The winning bid in USD will be converted to BTC price at the time of sale based on Coinbase sale price. 

Option 1;
Buy this house to live in.

Option 2;
Buy this house as investment property and maintain it yourself

Option 3;
Buy this house as an investment property, and I will find you a tenant (rental rates in the area are between $1000-$1200 monthly). I will also throw in 6 months of free maintenance. This means I will handle all service calls, fix anything that comes up, maintain the property (lawn care etc). I will collect your rent and either send it to you in USD or convert it and send it to you in BTC. After six months I will charge you $100 a month to do the above mentioned things.

Auction ends at buy it now price or Sunday December 8, 2013 at 10PM EST
Each valid bid will extend the auction by 5 minutes.

Title fees will be paid by me.
I own the property. The property is 100% paid for and free of all loans, debt, etc. Very easy closing.

No. A local firm bought it as an investment property.
