Hash not found please help!!!

Hi, I asked for a withdrawal with a company that recently became an exchange and they give me the following hash:
dbf3858f8fda805706ef688135eaec6e86ab4efd8adfbf7bbdc2d5a7a037f6ac

But I can't found this hash in any Blockchain explorer and its being more then 96 hours!!!

Please i need help!!!

What company you are talking about? If you can put the website link here we can check it if the company is legit or not.

I tried to check the hash above to 3 different blockexplorer even on some segwit explorer but no result. It should work if this transaction is being made for almost 96 hours. It might be a fake hash so if you can give us the URL website we can check if this site is scammer or not.

I think he should post the company and if he did not receive the Bitcoin that he withdrew or the has is fake , he should open a scam accusations to warn people, or better contact support if it is big company with a good reputation it will hurt it.
