It is hard to find ICOs nowadays that are not offering bonus for early contributor. There's private sale, presale, public sale, different stages....etc with different bonuses. The thing is most of these sale does not have a limit on the maximum amount of contribution a person can put into, instead they only have minimum personal cap. Why ? it's because they just want to gather as much $$$ as then can while they can, they don't care about whales or dolphin...
. And yet, the idea that they are offering is "decentralised" whatever bullshit. I think for an ICO to be successful, they need to have a maximum personal contribution limit as the first and maybe foremost important requirement, what do you think ?
