In the tremendously growing world of cryptocurrency, standard rules are required>
It is not asking for prohibition but the need for commitment.
The hugely spread New ICOs in which many lack the fundamentals of accurate technical base, genuine ideas, innovative initiatives and even dedicated team.
I hate to say that some ICOs were mere fraudulent projects made by greedy scammers. So, rules and regulations are badly needed to protect investors and crypto-enthusiastic community plus adding more trust & security to the CRYPTOWORLD.
Prohibition is refused, regulation is needed.
Who to regulate?
This is an elegant question, I think that Crypto-community is the appropriate choice who may put the new rules creating new basis of self-regulated evolving community that enrich the future of cryptocurrency without limiting opportunities.
