I don't think this is not the appropriate section for your post,I think you need to post in on service section if you are going to pay them in bitcoin or if the payment is in tokens then move this thread to the altcoins marketplace section.

And then why don't you have the bounty campaign for your project if you have then add translation campaign also just make it simple.
