How high is the hash rate of these things? 333Mhash/s? With current rates that would mean that you would make 0.0167 BTC per month, not counting power costs or difficulty increases. Thus 0.07 BTC does seem like a price that is just a bit too steep.

I took the price from BTC Guild as a rough guide. I believe the price is in line with the going rate of these things.
