Best and most reliable currency market?

Been looking at a few different crypto currency markets (btc e, crypto trade, mt gox) and i was wondering what the best ones were that people have used so far? The most reliable, easy to get coins or cash in and out of? Seen a couple negatives on mt gox and a lot with getting cash out of btc e.

Whats generally the best and safest way to get money into these exchanges too? (from the U.S.)

U.S. can use coinbase, it is not exchange and doesnt work best, but easiest for U.S. resident
