Dear BTC-E support,

first, I would like to say that this is my 3rd support ticket. My first two support tickets are being ignored and I've choosed to close them. On November 12th, I've wire-transfered money (500 USD) to my btc-e account. It has already been 23 days since I've made the transaction. I would like to know, why are you ignoring your paying customers. In my state, this is considered illegal behaviour. Since I am from Czech republic, where your bank is housed, I am determined to contact them on Monday due to this unpleasant affair. The transaction was valid and confirmed, and I know, that the money arrived on your account. My bank confirmed, that I filled all the fields correctly, so there is no problem on my side. I am sending you all the documents I have regarding the transaction. One is a statement in a pdf file from my bank and the other one is a scanned order of payment in 300dpi jpg. I hope this will be enough, since I want you to solve this asap. However if anything else is needed, please do not hesitate to contact me. I would like you to know, that I am very unsatisfied with your ignorance and lack of any interest in helping me and I want you to be sure, that I won't let this just fade away.

Thanks in advance,

D.Novotný

This is my 3rd support ticket. My first two tickets were succesfully ignored. Had anyone actually managed to solve this ?
Im so mad.

I've emailed their support team before and it took over 2 weeks to get a response from them sadly.

And, the response was not too helpful.

I'd find a different exchange.  With the support issues you mention, and the widespread allegations of ties to the Russian mafia, this is a high risk operation, imo

Have you sent them a SEPA transfer or a regular domestic transfer (since their bank subsidiary is in Czech rep.)? I wanted to do that as well (to use a domestic transfer), but before sending them any money I have risen a support ticket.. still no reaction though.

I made a wire transfer from my czech bank to theirs czech bank, but my account is not in dollars, hence it was a payment in another currency. Since it's been almost a month already I am so mad that they've stole money from me, and I recommend everyone not to use their service.
I know I am not the only one and I am kinda curious how is it possible, that other people still use their service.

I see, actually I've heard a lot of complaints about them, but personally I have only traded between BTC/LTC there and that was reliable. When it comes to fiat, I better use bitstamp and mt.gox (however mt.gox is ultra slow with processing fiat withdrawals, you have to count with it).

I hope they'll process your request, keep pushing.

Is it ok to exchange between alt coins and BTC on BTC-E? I would then transfer the BTC to my wallet and coinbase to get fiat.

or you may want to try and post your problem here...
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=29698.1540

it's in russian, so use Google translator or something.
it seems that a lot of problems are being solved directly by a forum user btc-e.com, try contacting him in the thread or by PM.

yes, it always worked for me. There is no need  for account verification to do that.

de3mka, sorry to jump onto someone else's thread, but can you offer a summary of what personal  information is requested from bte-e to register an account?  Also what do they ask for verification if you decide to deposit some currency
