I downloeded IFC wallet started solo mining at 3 kbsec and i see some immature IFc what does it mean when they become real IFC how long i need to wait

Erm, ask in the appropriate altcoin thread.

3 khash/sec isn't going to help you either, no matter the coin. It's just too small to even hope for a price per hashing power imbalance to help. Mine on a real GPU.
