Problem with Kraken

I sent 50 LTC to Kraken 48 hours ago. The transaction is showing as on hold in my account and they don't reply to my ticket.

I have already opened two support tickets with them. As a newbie I'm not allowed to post on their topic. Support requests are #5241 and #5918, this level of customer service is unacceptable.
