Bitfinex deposit not showing up. 24 confirmations!

Hey everyone.

I sent a btc to bitfinex via the deposit address listed on my account. The transaction was confirmed by the blockchain: https://blockchain.info/address/1NT9CG8wNMvfEKcqewB3CaUcvaffsPgQSc .

It's been about four hours, and the bitcoin still hasn't appeared on my bitfinex account.

I sent two emails so far to support with no replies. What is going on???
