Deleted Accounts And Trust

This is an unusual question but if an account is banned for Illegal Forum activity
Why does their trust still remain in the system or is that part of the design of the trust system

That's true I was thinking their accusations tend to be baseless spam but I can see why people would want to have the history of a banned account still around.

Was just thinking if the account cannot be used again since it got nuked there is not really a reason to have its accusations still show up
