Isn't thats a great way to steal money.
I mean make new wallet,put 0.01 and encrypt it with strong password.
Then post it on forum and tell people to crack it and donate funds on the address
After getting some donations, withdraw all funds and tell others that it got cracked lol

Can you give any hints about the password ? Otherwise it is pretty much what the first reply said. If you used a weak password, someone already cracked it (or is about to) without even needing to announce it here.
