EOS has gained by a total of more than 35 percent compared to last Wednesday. It reached a peak of $22.79 on April 29. Its mainnet is coming in June.

Is it comparable to what happened with TRX (TRON)? While TRX is still in the #10 spot in Cryptocurrency ranking and #2 next to EOS in Tokens, there was a lot of buzz about TRX before but all of a sudden the hype died down and the price of TRX went down too. This might happen to EOS as well, unless they really have a good road map and and all plans will not be derailed.
