Scrasic Coin is a cryptocurrency utilizing the SHA-3 or Keccak Algorithm and has been created mainly for the purchase of the new Scrypt ASICs using this coin.

Specifications:

Algorithm - SHA-3 Keccak
Max Coins - 100,000,000 ( Hundred Million)
Block Reward -
Blocks 1- 200 :  1 Coin
Blocks 200+ : 250 Coins
Block Reward Halving - Every 10000 Blocks
Block Time - 60 Seconds
Difficulty Re-target - Kimoto's Gravity Well (every 1 block)
Premine - 5% for IPO

Aims

Once Scrasic coin has been launched we will be selling the new Scrypt Asics (350kh Gridseed) and will only accept Scrasic Coins.
We plan to get enough funds through the IPO so that we can order large quantities of Gridseed Miners at a bulk rate price.
We are currently in contact with different suppliers and we can manage to get about a $35 Discount as the best deal if we order more than 200 pieces.
So instead of paying $220 for each you will only be paying $185(plus shipping).
Luckily we won't have to pay customs here in Europe so we will be able to sell them exactly at $185 each.

As new scrypt ASICs show up we will add them to our store too.

Our website is currently under development(issues with domain name and hosting) and will be up very soon.

Note: We have purposely created this coin to be SHA-3 to prevent "ASIC Attacks" once people get their ASICs. This has been done to let GPU miners mine the coin and switch to ASIC technology too.

Pools

Pool Operators please post below or PM me.

Exchanges

We will be listed on an exchange at about 1-2 weeks after launch to allow the difficulty and hashrate to stabilize.
The ASIC store will start selling once we get listed. We wont rely entirely on the exchange prices and we wish to set our own prices on the ASICs. We give you our word that it will be cheaper to buy from us.

Wallets

Windows Wallet: Available at launch
Mac Wallet : Need someone to help out with this.
Linux Wallet: Available at launch

Launch

The exact date hasn't been decided but we are hoping to launch in about 2 weeks the date of this announcement.

IPO Information:

5% of the total coins are available for sale. That's about 5 million coins.

Your share will be calculated using the following formula:

Your BTC Amount/Total BTC invested * 5 million

The minimum amount for investment is 0.05 BTC .
We are willing to accept Doge and LTC to on special request via PM.

To invest simply send your btc to 1N6GjQ5U3NuC6p6VUAniQP8zyPuaxm89Dt and drop us PM or email us at scrasiccoin@hotmail.com with your TXID.

We currently have exactly 17 Gridseed Scrypt Miners with us and are offering free miners to investors with a share larger than 0.4 BTC.
Standard Shipping is free unless you would like to pay extra for expedited. We support FedEx and DHL.

Note: ASIC only ships with a USB cable and the unit. Does about 350khash on Scrypt only mode. For tutorials on setting it up please look elsewhere.

Coins will be released to the investors in the first week of the launch.

I have some spare doge laying around.
Might as well invest 0.4 btc worth of it and see if I can get my hands on an asic miner.
Haven't got much to lose either.

I like the Idea that its SHA-3 though.
