So about 550-600W.

I do not need a guess. I need an exact number from somebody who actually measured. Did you measure?

each is different.

I have had 17 pass through my hands in the last month, each pulled different amounts ranging from 550w - 650w, each miner generally hashed stable at 550gh with general fluctuations no issues

That is good to know. Thanks. Would you say 600w is a good average number to use to estimate electricity costs?

Somebody told me his Jupiter was drawing 800w..

I have 3 jupiters and I measure every one of them.
it's between 550-600w! there is no exact number, each one in the world is different!

Run a Bitcoin node.

My batch 1 (October) Jupiter draws 640W at the wall from a Seasonic Platinum 1000W PSU. Hash rate varies between 500 to 560 GH/s at the pool, usually about 530ish.

Run a Bitcoin node, support the network.
