Cloudhashing has not responded

I bought a gold contract last week which I'm trying to reverse per Cloudhashing's terms and conditions (within 7 business days).  After 8 days of mining, I've gotten back about $60 out of $500. 

Given the current level of Difficulty Increase every 12 days, I figured I will never get my original investment back unless BTCs go to the moon. 

I've sent them three emails (over three days) to get a refund and have not received a single response.  I will be seeking mediation via Google wallet and see how that goes.

Does anyone have any other suggestions?
