Nearly every coin in the top 20 list of coinmarketcap.com will be profitable in the next 4 years. But I invested in Waves and believe it will do 30-40x in the coming year.

No need for that, in the next 3 to 4 years all the major coins will have gone up in value, but a lot of the smaller ones will disappear unless they already have significant funding from an ICO or their coin value went up and they filled their coffers.

Three to four years is a very good time frame for coins to grow. To me, I don't see any reason that we won't have much millions from this business that are holding good numbers of altcoin.

In actual fact, any coin at the moment that is listed on a high volume exchange should improve in value before two years. Crypto will be a very big opportunity missed in 3 years time if we don't start now to invest on it.

In general, price of all the top cryptocurrencies will go up. Majority of the population yet to adopt cryptocurrency and it will happen in the coming years which means more demand. Hence price will go up.
Personally I believe that NEO and TRON coins are undervalued and price may appreciate rapidly in the next few years.
