I've just created a paper wallet using blockchain, and want to send some money from my current block chain address to the new watch only address.
What's the best way to transfer without paying any fees?

One more quick questions, do transfers that 'moved between wallet' need to be confirmed?

Right now it says Unconfirmed, but not sure if it needs to be.
