Having trouble making posts?

So I have been trying to reply, where I think I should be able to reply, but it's saying I am making too many posts, it suggests I should wait 360 seconds, I have only ever made two posts, any thoughts?

It's just the newbie restrictions, I think once you get a few more posts they will ease up.

You need to wait 360 second between post, when you are "Jr. Member".
With 15 activity, you get to "Member", and the time will be just 75 seconds.
