 Hi all,

 Newbie from Brazil checking in.

 Couple of questions...

Is it possible to, a) buy fractions of Bitcoins or b) do you have to just be wealthy?

If b), then does anyone know if it is possible to buy Peercoins in Brazil?

If it is not possible to currently purchase PPC in Brazil, then does anyone know what sort of restrictions exist in someone setting up a small PPC exchange?

There are already a few Bitcoin/Litecoin sites on the go over here and I can easily imagine that in the future many people here would want Krypto's, however very few speak adequate English, Russian, Chinese etc. Most Brazilians don't travel and we have 200 Million people living here!

Likewise, I don't imagine that there are too many of the softwares available yet in Portuguese. Which leaves the question, is there space for some Portuguese language software development or more over, translation?

Another question is, does anyone trade currencies without verification of identity and addresses? I was sure that I heard the Banksters crying because they had no way to trace all this but my limited experience so far is that you must give legit i.d, address and have to use things that can track you such as Java... So what are people concerned about?

I should stop now before I write a book of questions but clearly I have lots to learn....  Grin

Look forward to joining the community....

Is it not amazing? That in the sub-micro world of the atom, quantum physics requires the perpetual motion of particles with both spin and orbital motions.

Yet in the macro world, mainstream science is based upon the law that a perpetual motion machine is absolutely impossible!

This is the embarrassing state of today's science...
