[DANGER] Bitcoin delivery is getting slower and fees are very expensive

if such a condition exists do you still use bitcoin to make a delivery transaction from "A" exchange place to "B" exchange place? why do you choose bitcoin if the delivery is very long?

proven I send using 2 methods of bitcoin and altccoin like dogecoin,
until more than 4 hours I have not received my bitcoin
then
I have received a dogecoin payment only takes 10 minutes to be sent at the exchange.

from this incident I see bitcoin is not reliable.
