I am tired of waiting for the double transfers first DOGE-BTC and then BTC-USD and the other way around. Is there a faster more direct way? Something DOGE-USD or DOGE-EUR? Without having to transfer the DOGE to BTC first?

Actually there is one company i used few days ago which does that.

Company is called "Doge Solutions" and you can exchange directly Doge to USD.

Doesn't Cryptsy have a Doge/USD market ?

Yes, thats the problem with BTER. Withdrawl of USD becomes a problem and you have to use payment processors like Egopay for it.

Try cryptsy , its pretty good for altcoin/USD exchanges.

Thats definitely not the fastest way. I think op wanted something instant, like sell and get money on paypal.
