It has been 15 days since i made a wire but i haven't receive my money untill now. It's so wired

The bank i used had made a confirmation than the funds had arrived and okpay had received it.

I have called OKPAY many times but no one answers.

Wallet ID: OK801450110

It seems many people have the same situation.

How did you solve the problem?
