Its been given a fair value of $1,300... does that mean that people think it will survive as a legitamite currency... rather than punt?

I think it'll be booming within six months; can't see why it'd go bust.

It already is a legitimate currency, but I'm sure it'll gradually gain more and more mainstream acceptance during 2014. I'm looking forward to watching it grow.

Most people would not be interested in buying such expensive currency. I think it will trend down towards ~$200 levels since fiat is shifting towards pump and dump alt coins, which results in fast profits.

It's a different case if people start buying mBTC.

it will need much more than speculators or investors, like most people here seem to be.

the BASE Element for it's value will be growing EASY acceptance for things of true VALUE.

IOW, if you want to see it grow then help local bricks and mortar businesses accept it. and then YOU seek them out and tell others about them.

I can agree with that, Bitcoin is a little unwieldy. People don't want to deal with lots of decimal places. I'm mostly surprised Litecoin is only where it is right now. I feel like it should be much further along.

Bitcoin will go up.

Exhanges will change to mBTC, it will look better to buy 1 of something rather than 0.01 of something.

And because of this the price will continue to rise
