Hi everyone!

So I was fixing to send my alt-coin to Cryptsy when up popped a .002% transaction fee. I checked my settings and the transaction fee was disabled. So I attempted to send again, again with the fee. I closed the wallet, and my miner, and reopened, again, a fee. I then encrypted my wallet, did a virus scan (No returns), did a full system scan, ran hijack this, malwarebytes, advanced systemcare, (yeah perhaps overkill), and the fee disappeared.

Is this something that is just an odd glitch in the matrix, or should I be concerned? Thank you!

And now the mysterious fee is back. Any suggestions?
