BFL device and bad processor?

Hi All -

I need a little help interpreting the display in bgminer.  I'm using a BFL device and I noticed when bgminer is set to show details on all cores (mine has two) that one of the cores is showing 0.00 Gh/s for its effective hashrate.  The device overall appears to be performing at half of its overall normal speed when looking at effective hash rate.

Does this indicate that this particular core has failed?
