SEC documents detail scores of fraud allegations against Coinbase

Since coinbase has been regulated it has many restrictions i could say. They make sure they are within the limits posed by the SEC regulatory board. But corruption? I cannot speak for that. I think the only problem it posed was releasing customer information to abide by KYC regulation.

These complains are not something that would go away anytime soon. Although I have heard about the excesses of Coinbase but I sense some form of exaggeration in this report and these are the things regulators needs to ensure that their will is eventually done by Coinbase. The point at which there was conflict with Coinbase on the issue of release of their customers details, which Coinbase was not ready to do, I knew its not something that would go away anytime soon and now they are back with attacking forces. Now in the position of strength since the report and petition was initiated by a "third party", they will be force to act and even with all the compliances and implementation of KYCs, it will not still be enough.
