Cgminer question

 Can anyone tell me if this is working as intended?  I alos have a 4x 7970 rig but it doesnt show so many " found block for pool" and instead its showing a lot of "accepted shares"
Note that my gpu is a r9 290 sapphire.  Cgminer 3.7.0
Getting 0 HW errors over 24 h run but what looks strange is the high amount of accepted shares and rejections. 224 k vs 8 k. On my 7970 miner im getting like 2k with 20-30 rejections
