If China takes the final step and actually bans buying BTC, the off-market price for them in China will go through the roof.  Big market for smuggling BTC to China soon.  Gonna be a lot of people kicking themselves.

I don't think that they sell to buy back later at higher price in a black market or something

There is and has been a big market for smuggling any bearer financial instrument into China.  It's pretty much automatic when you have a non-convertible currency.
