Buying bitcoin using Global Digital Pay

Hi all. Can anyone recommend me a site / exchange where I can buy bitcoin using a global Digital Pay account?

I'm in the UK if that makes a difference

By the way I've tried to use exchange service at 'wm-center.com' but when I enter the 'Global digital Pay EURO' and select 'Bitcoin' I get an error:

The insufficient amount.

And I can't click the 'send application' to complete the exchange

Any help with wm-center or a recommendation of another exchanger most appreciated
