I'm the developer of Reddit's ALTcointip bot, a way to tip cryptocurrency to users of Reddit. ALTcointip bot is an open-source, highly configurable software that supports any number of cryptocoins, currency exchanges, and fiat (money).

One of the ALTcointip bot's newer features is called "redeem karma", where a user can receive a small amount of coins for their Reddit karma (karma is points you get for posting and commenting on Reddit). Each user can redeem their karma at most one per coin type.
